This decision follows a review conducted under Section 101(y) of the Petroleum Act 2019 and Legal Notice No. 192 of 2022. Current Fuel Prices In Nairobi, the maximum retail prices for the coming month are as follows: Super Petrol: KSh 188.84 Diesel: KSh 171.60 Kerosene: KSh 161.75 These prices include the 16% Value Added Tax (VAT), consistent with the Finance Act 2023, Tax Laws (Amendment) Act 2020, and revised excise duty rates adjusted for inflation as specified in Legal Notice No. 194 of 2020.
